Professional and friendly service
November 23rd, 2010I have been Dealing with Marc Sasso and Kingston Nissan (formally Johnson) for nine years and have always been happy with the professional and friendly service. Today 11/23/10 was a pleasure as usual. Marc was very helpful as soon as I showed up, Got my truck right in to be serviced and arranged a ride home. Zach drove me to my house and was very nice and I enjoyed the conversation which made the ride go quickly. Marc called when my truck was ready and arranged for me to be picked up by a tech who was also friendly( unfortunately,I did not get his name) when I arrived my paper work was waiting for me and Cassandra was professional and friendly as she processed my billing, while fielding endless phone calls. I will continue to deal with Kingston Nissan and recommend them to anyone.
