A very nice experience

January 17th, 2011

Took the wifes’ V-6 2007 Altima in for 45 month service. Car had 24305 miles on it. Since today is a holiday (MLK Jr.), I asked David if they were busy & got a yes to that. I know most of sales force & said Hi to a bunch of them. They are always happy to talk to me if not with a customer. Very busy day at Kgn Nissan, so didn’t get to talk to any. Walked outside & wandered around looking at new cars & trucks & when I got back inside, car was done. Very rapid turnaround today… So I completed paperwork with Cassandra ( a real nice young lady) & got the car & left. As usual, a very nice experience.
