“We love the Service Department at Kingston Nissan!”
We love the Service Department at Kingston Nissan! Marc Sasso is first class and has been our lead guy for over a decade. My husband & I have been deciding our replacement cars over the past 10 years based on the knowing that the service we get from Kingston Nissan is superior to anywhere else in a 60 mile radius, or at least that we are aware of! Always ready to help, quick to fit our cars in, helpful in getting us loaner cars because one of us commutes and I am always shuttling 2 kids around; Marc has always been cheerful and resourceful when trying to save us money too. I also appreciated when my kids were little, him helping swapping the kids seats out. The other staff is also friendly and helpful too. Can’t say enough. In closing, it is one of the few places I can say I actually get true Customer Service like in the “old days”. :)
“Wonderful Experience at Kingston Nissan!”
I have to tell you about our expeirence with Kingston Nissan, it was wonderful! My husband and I never felt like we were being railroaded or pressured in buying a car. We were treated with the utmost respect and let me tell you, they bascically do everything right there! All we had to do was bring in some paperwork, and they did the rest. Our credit is far from good, but with the help from Steven Pinto, Jillian Caltagirone and Richard Gordon, we were driving away in our new car within 24 hrs. These three people treated my husband and I like friends, you didn’t feel like you were just someone buying a car. They answered all of our questions and walked us through the process from step A to step B. There was no stress involved and no pressure. We are going to recommend anyone we come across looking for a new car to go to Kingston Nissan, whether your credit is good or not, you can drive off the lot with the car you can afford without being pushed into a car you can’t afford … Show full review

I first started dealing with kingston nissan when my mother was in the market for a new vehicle, not the best credit in the world but decent enough to land what i thought would be an ok car but turns out i was wrong, they had an amazing car for an amazing deal!!!!! at that point i was convinced i needed a new ride as well. here was my dilemma i had a credit score of 500, but did that stop them from getting me into a great car??? nope here i am with a beautiful new ride not a large down payment and a set of new wheels. i must say the customer service i received from rob r. and rich g. went above and beyond my expectations and would buy from kingston nissan again a million times over. i recommend anyone if you want a great deal and you dont have the best credit kingston nissan is the place to go. worth every penny invested!!! a++++++++ see ya in three years for another ride!
“Gary at Kingston Nissan was very helpful with my new car purchase!”
I received immediate assistance from Gary. He asked me what I was interested in looking at and setup test drive with a car that had the options I expressed interest in. During the test drive Gary provided a thorough explanation of all the key features and attributes of the Altima. As I was able to get the IBM discount the base price was soon set and once we negotiated the value of my trade in we had deal. I felt no pressure during the negotiations which added to my high rating of Gary as a sales person. Good job Gary!!!
“Great experience from both sales and service at Kingston Nissan!”
We purchased a new Nissan Rouge. When all was said and done, the transaction was a good one. There were a few bumps in the road along the way.
We were shopping several dealerships and our major concern was price and we did inform the salesman of this. We wanted the “best Price” that Nissan would give us for the vehicle. After several back and forth conversations with the salesman and the boss we finally agreed on a price. I guess this is the sales ploy that is used. After buying several new vehicles in the past from family owned dealerships, we are used to getting a rock bottom price the first time.
The other issue was the $75.00 processing fee for registering the vehicle. At the time we had to sign so many other papers we did not notice this fee and it was not pointed out to us. We would have registerd the vehicle ourselves if we knew this fee was going to be charged. I think this should be made more clear to the customer.
Finally, we had a remote start installed prior to delivery of the new vehicle. After a week we had a problem with it and we called the service department. Marc from service was very helpful and stated we could bring the vehicle in the day we called. The technician who installs the remote start was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable and said he could fix it right then. He stated it would take about 20 minutes if I didn’t mind waiting, which I didn’t. When he brought it back it was fixed. He tried it with me several times to make sure it worked and to make sure I knew how to start it. He was great and I hope any other service issues I have go as smoothly as this one did. I wish I could remember his name.
“Kingston Team went above and beyond my expectations!”
I got the pleasure of working with three absolutely fantastic members of the Kingston Nissan team; Michael Tornatore, Jillian Caltagirone, and Richard Gordon. I appreciated their honesty, their courteousness, and their genuine interest in getting me into a new car. These three went above and beyond and were happy to do it. It was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I will be sure to recommend Kingston Nissan to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Thank you all so much for everything, I’m excited to be part of the family :-)
“Got the car I wanted despite my credit issues”
I started talking to Kingston Nissan from the web early in the week. I had seen their signs about no hassle car ownership and as someone with less than perfect credit history, I knew getting a new car was going to be an up-hill battle.
My credit tanked when I took a job in NY and my income was slashed by more than $10,000 a year but all of my expenses shot up. For obvious reasons, juggling my credit became a problem and I took a few dings to my credit score.
Instead of treating me like a FICO score, Robert treated me like a person needing a new car. Robert and the business manager not only got me the car I wanted, at a good price, but also worked with me to get the thing financed. When all was said and done, I had a car payment that was realistic and a great new car. I can honestly say that it was refreshing to deal with people who looked beyond credit company logarithms that no one can really explain.
Overall, I am VERY satisfied with Kingston Nissan and would highly recommend me them to anyone with less than stellar credit who is looking for a new car. If you happen to have stellar credit, they’re good for those people too!
“Steve and Richard helped me get the car I could afford!”
Everyone at Kingston Nissan was excellent. Steve Pinto explained to me everything I needed prior to my coming to the dealership. Richard Gordon determined my needs and helped me find a car I could afford. He called to review what i needed to bring so I could pick up my car and Jillian Caltagirone saved me from having to wait when I arrived before my appointment. Good job!
“Bought a 2011 Nissan Juke from Rob Rolleri!”
I love being part of a Family! The Kingston Nissan Family! I just bought a 2011 Nissan Juke. Rob Rolleri was fantastic to deal. No pressure, allowed us to look at several cars then tell him want we wanted, the deal we want and he made it happen. We met several other people while we were there and sorry but the names escape me. I really felt like what we wanted and needed mattered. Fastest easiest car buy experience I’ve ever had. You need a car? The only dealer to go to is Kingston Nissan!

The service was fabulous! The whole experience was as pleasant and efficient as it possibly could be. All of the staff I worked with – Rich Greenstein, Steve Pinto and and Richard Gordon – were extremely helpful and competent and got me into a car that I’m in love with.
