After much frustration with a Nissan dealer, I called the Kingston dealer and spoke to a women named Jennie. She was able to tell me over thephone, a fix to my problem that saved me around 1200 dollars. I went toKingston Nissan and all problems were solved in a timely manner. The best I can give it is five stars, but Jennie is a definite ten star employee. During the hour which I spentin the waiting room ,I noticed that all the service personnel werewell-trained, and spoke with a smile on their faces. The dealership does have one major problem, however. It was very difficult to stay away form the pastries in the waiting room — too much temptation!Please note I did not mention the dealership that caused all of the problems.
We went here with the intentions of trying to find a 7-passenger Nissan Rogue. A vehicle that is extremely difficult to find. The dealers were very friendly, as we had five children with us and although they are good kids, when you put five kids together it can be a lot. They put TV on for them, and gave them candy while they worked with us to see if they could find us a vehicle. We didn't end up buying anything that day, but we would definitely buy a vehicle from them based off of the customer service that we were provided that day.

After a painful experience at another Nissan Dealership off the Thruway, I called Kingston. From the moment I spoke to Jenny Brown in Service I knew that I had made the right call. She put me through to George McEvoy who handled a complicated repair or trade in scenario with patience and compassion. The two of them make a great team. Always a wonderful car buying experience when dealing with Kingston Nissan, always willing to go out of there way to make your experience worth coming back again and again and again. Always full of surprises. Went there on a poor mans budget hoping to get something used and abused went home with something new and shiny and the payments somewhat tiny??

I went in with the intent to purchase a vehicle. I met with Bill Noldy, and Tom Gordon. Both gentlemen really know their stuff. I left with a vehicle that I chose, not one chosen for me. Have purchased three vehicles from Kingston Nissan. This is a well run dealership.
My fiance and I were in an extremely difficult position. We were so far behind on our truck payments that repo was in the works. We were drowning and didn't know what to do. When we were told we should talk to Tom, we were doubtful he would be able to help us. But we went. In less than two hours we left with the type of vehicle we wanted, with a monthly payment almost 2x less than what we had been paying. Thank you, Tom Gordon and Rich Gordon for all you did for us.
